Citrus Valley Caravan

  • Meeting Time: 8:45 AM on the first Thursday of every month (Except Jan/July).
  • Location: CVAR Glendora office, 504 E Rte 66, Glendora, CA 91740.
  • Areas: Glendora, San Dimas, La Verne and surrounding areas.
  • Pitch Info: You don't have to have an "open" to pitch it. You can pitch a property from anywhere.
  • Submission: Email citrusvalleycaravan@yahoo.com by the Tuesday before.
  • Note: Must be present to pitch; $3 at the door.

Glendale Caravan (Wednesdays, 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM)

  • Areas: 624 (Chevy Chase/E. Glenoaks), 626 (Northwest), 627 (Rossmoyne/Verdugo), 628 (South of 134), 634 (La Canada Flintridge), 635 (La Crescenta/Montrose).
  • Submission: Post as "Open House" in MLS by 5:00 PM Tuesday.

PFAR (Pasadena-Foothill)

  • Tuesday Caravan (10:00 AM – 2:00 PM): West listings (La Canada Flintridge, La Crescenta, Montrose, Sparr Heights, Montecito Park, Sunland, Tujunga, Shadow Hills, Sun Valley & La Tuna Canyon).
  • Thursday Caravan (10:00 AM – 2:00 PM): East listings (Altadena, Pasadena, San Marino, South Pasadena).

West San Gabriel Valley (Thursdays, 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM)
