Having known Suzi since 2000 as a family friend, I knew my husband and I would be able to trust her with the purchase of our first home. She was able to help us find a house in Alhambra, which was our number one priority. Although we faced challenges of a probate sale, Suzi stood by our side and did everything in her power to do what was best for us, her clients. Lucy Morales was an incredible ally and partner in helping me buy my first home. Nora was great! I couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent. She always answered all our questions, and even tho there were nice homes, she always pointed out the things we had initially asked for so we would stay on track which honestly reminded me to settle for what I needed not what looked nice. The whole process was made easy, she always went above and beyond when showing us homes by scheduling multiple appointments so we could take advantage of the time which worked since my husband and I have busy schedules. She told us not to be scared and if for some reason we didn't like something or felt comfortable in something to point it out. FIVE STARS for Andy Bencosme!! There are not enough positive adjectives to describe our experience with Andy. He is phenomenal, and then some. We were first time home buyers and were so nervous/excited about the entire process. Andy immediately put us at ease and guided us, every step of the way. He never, not once, made us feel like we were asking dumb rookie questions (even though we probably asked a ton) - he has the patience/professionalism/demeanor of a Saint! And a biting wit that will have you laughing immediately AND hours later. Andy was also extremely knowledgeable about our target neighborhoods and masterfully helped us navigate our options. When it came down to closing, Andy again was there to help - he went above and beyond our expectations and got us an unheard-of price AND, on top of everything else, a very generous credit. He was also there 100000% of the way during the inspection process and even coordinated (and physically attended) all the additional inspections. Who does that? ANDY. Every single time we called/texted/emailed Andy, he was always immediately responsive - in other words, Andy will NOT ghost you. This trait alone was a lifesaver for us (me, in particular, as I am a Type A/very thorough personality) and saved me from having a stroke on so many occasions. This was a very difficult sale with many factors like Covid restrictions and a hard time to get buyers to come look at homes for sale. Julie was AMAZING! Very hard working and really was very creative in opening up opportunities when new restrictions were imposed. Julie never stopped trying to improve our chances of finding the perfect buyer and I think we did and it became a "Win - Win" for both seller and buyer. I think she will work harder than most to make a deal work and will stay with it until a solution if found for any issue or problem that will arise. From 1 to 10 I'll give Julie an 11!

Andy was amazing. Andy was on top of everything and very professional. Andy is awesome! Great with all the details. Andy was available at all times, including nights and weekends and when he was out of the country! We would use Andy again in a heartbeat.

Andy is a great broker and has more experience then most realtors in really understanding the contracts.I would recommend Andy to any of my friends and family.Andy also sold my house for top dollar and probably more then appraisal value.. His paperless contracts made it very easy to respond quickly

Julie was FANTASTIC and I would highly recommend her to anyone! She was a perfect fit for me and my needs. I felt comfortable with her throughout the entire process. She was extremely attentive and quick to respond to my emails/calls/texts, and was very supportive and encouraging of my goals. She also connected me with excellent professionals that I needed for insurance, mortgage lending, etc. As a first time buyer and a young, single female, I was very apprehensive about hiring a realtor who would take me seriously and be respectful of my needs and lack of knowledge. Julie was perfect. She answered all of my questions thoroughly, and in fact made sure to educate me on all aspects of the purchase up front. We got along great throughout the process and I couldn't have asked for a better realtor.

Julie Bencosme was very pro-active from the start with pre-planning, advertising and open houses. She responded to my concerns quickly and was true to her word from the beginning in regard to that fact. Nothing was too small a question to find an answer for. I felt that I was her major concern even if she had other things going on. I felt that I knew what was happening all along the way with the sale process. She knew what was going on during the sales, escrow, lender process. When things seemed to be taking longer than I thought she would explain what was going on and why escrow/lender process was slower than I thought it should be. I would definitely recommend Julie to anyone who wants a knowledgeable, proactive and positive realtor to sell a home. She knows the real estate market from her many years in the business and is a great asset to have working for you.

The city’s permits, stored on microfiche, faded and prevented me from selling my home. The only choice I was left with was demolishing. Kevin Wheeler went all the way to getting my congressional legislature to override the city so the buyers could get their loan and I could sell my property.

My favorite thing about Julie is her laugh. It comes easily and quickly. She helped lift us up through the more stressful parts of selling our home. Whether we were asking for help in preparing to show the home or advice on accepting offers, Julie had the answer. I feel that she became my friend in the process.

Mike and Kris did a wonderful job applying their extensive experience towards achieving the optimum price for my father's property. They were easy to talk with and they laid out a detailed plan of marketing and implemented it in a timely manner. The property had a final agreed offer within one week from the listing date. The closing went smooth and was finalized within one month from the listing date. The sale went so quickly that I did not have the opportunity to become familiar with much of the above Kris was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. Thank You

Andy made this process as close to painless as possible. He answers texts and emails in minutes and took total charge of coordinating everything that needed to be done in terms of purchasing this mess of a house! Julie Bencosme was absolutely amazing. While always acting as our agent and very professional, it was very hard to not become good friends with Julie. She is a pitbull when she needs to be and always looked out for our best interest in our sale and new home purchase. She's not your typical agent and went above and beyond all expectation. She was available to answer questions or just to let us vent 24/7. She always put us first and walked us through both a sale and a purchase. I'll never use another agent, and I will only recommend Julie to anyone. Amazing experience.

I had read previous reviews of Julie and all were very complimentary. I approached her because of that, knowing we would be in good hands as first time home buyers. I appreciate Julie's honesty and candidness throughout the entire process. She never let us feel overweight or too stressed out. She was always available whenever we needed her. Julie personalizes her service. She obviously works extremely hard to make her clients feel like they're her priority. We have already referred other friends to her, and will continue to do so because she is an OUTSTANDING realtor. I know that our process would have been very different had we chosen any one else.

Julie was fabulous and made the process super easy and fluid. She really had our backs and made sure we were getting a good deal and that we felt comfortable with every step along the way. We went to two open houses in the same complex, one of them being Julie's. The welcoming, fun, friendly vibe that Julie has made her open house a much bigger success. I dealing with other brokers, I felt Julie was the most knowledgeable. My home loan process became very difficult and Julie had to step in several times to resolve multiple issues.
